The eight B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, and biotin), along with the minerals zinc, selenium, and chromium, come from an all-natural source - sprouted buckwheat. The buckwheat is gently dried at a low temperature to preserve its maximum nutritional value. During germination, the buckwheat seeds absorb nutrients, which are then naturally incorporated into the sprouts. The resulting powder from these sprouts is a pure and natural source of vitamins and minerals.

Folic acid in active form (methylated folate - 5-MTHF)

Folic acid is extremely important, especially in prenatal development, and is also associated with cognitive performance in the elderly. In order for the body to utilize folic acid, it must first convert it into the metabolically active 5-methyltetrahydrofolate.
