The eight B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, and biotin), along with the minerals zinc, selenium, and chromium, come from an all-natural source - sprouted buckwheat. The buckwheat is gently dried at a low temperature to preserve its maximum nutritional value. During germination, the buckwheat seeds absorb nutrients, which are then naturally incorporated into the sprouts. The resulting powder from these sprouts is a pure and natural source of vitamins and minerals.

A natural blend of carotenoids in organic extra virgin olive oil, with a dominant content of beta-carotene, derived from the algae Dunaliella salina growing in the natural conditions of salty Australian lagoons.
