      Both vitamins are important for bone and cardiovascular health and work in synergy. Meanwhile, vitamin D3 aids calcium absorption from the diet, vitamin K2 is key in calcium distribution throughout the body. First, it helps bind it to the bone matrix and on the other hand it inhibits the deposits of calcium in arteries.
    • Should I use this blend during the whole year?
      During summer months we obtain vitamin D naturally from sunlight exposure, but in winter it is necessary to use supplements.     Příjemná chuť, jen jsem trochu rozpačitá z kapátka - trefit s ním dávku dvou kapek není úplně jednoduché:) Chvilku nekape vůbec, pak kapat začne, ale vlastně nikdy nevím, jestli jsem trefila dvě kapky, nebo jich bylo víc. Celkově jsem ale spokojená. Kombinuji ho s produktem Hořčík, zinek chelát + vitamín B6.

    Vitamín užívám teprve krátce, takže žádné větší změny jsem zatím nepocítila, ale oceňuji kombinaci vitaminů D3 a K2-MK7.
    Pouze občas bojuji s kapátkem, trvá dlouho než se vytvoří kapička a začne kapat.
