Vitamin D is essential for our health. Our product contains a highly bioavailable form of vitamin D, cholecalciferol, derived from a purely plant source - non-GMO algae. Biologically active form of vitamin K2 MK-7

Our natural vitamin K2 in the bioactive form K2 MK-7 is obtained through the natural fermentation process of a non-GMO strain of Bacillus subtilis natto. This form is the most bio-available, bio-active, and longest-lasting form of Vitamin K. Vitamin K2 acts synergistically with vitamin D and supports healthy bones and teeth.

Plant based omega-3 rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is derived from algae (Schizochytrium sp.) gently grown in closed aquaculture to minimize the risk of contamination with heavy metals and other contaminants. DHA represents a structural fatty acid found in the human brain, skin and retina. DHA is essential to ensure normal development of the nervous system and supports proper brain function, cognitive function, memory and vision.

  • Can I mix the drops into the food or drink?
    If you struggle with the unpleasant taste of Kids products, it is possible to mix them into food or drink for more comfortable use. However, because of their nature, we recommend mixing them into food (e.g. porridge / yogurt). When mixed with a drink, the oil easily gets caught on the edges of the glass and cannot be mixed properly.
  • What is the difference between Kids Omega 3 + D3/K2 and Kids Omega 3?
    The Kids product line differs from food supplements for adults both in the composition and concentration of active substances as well as their ratios. Kids Kids Omega 3 + D3/K2 is a more complex product combining the Omega-3 fatty acids (DHA, EPA) with vitamins D3 and K2 and covers the daily required dose of all these 3 key nutrients. The Kids Omega 3 supplement rather serves to seasonally cover the omega-3 fatty acids itself. Its use may be more appropriate during the summer, when children naturally synthesize vitamin D by exposing their skin to sunlight.
  • Why isn't the bottle completely full?
    With the change in packaging technology, there has been a change in size packaging as well. The new bottles have a volume of 60 ml, while the oil content inside is 30 ml due to precisely calculated doses and concentrations. Therefore, the vials are not completely full on purpose and it is not a manufacturing defect.

S produktem jsem spokojená, fajn složení. Dítěti (2r 9m) chuť nevadí. Jen bych uvítala jiný způsob dávkování. Pumpička se často zasekne, olej mírně vytéká po stranách. Možná jsme jen měli smůlu na balení :).

Kids DHA + D3/K2.

Výrobok je určite kvalitovo na vysokej úrovni, ale keď je určený pre deti, určite by som ocenil, keby bolo možné zakúpiť ochutenú verziu, nakoľko syn (3,5 r.) úplne odmieta tento doplnok kvôli naozaj výraznej rybacej pachuti. Až takú silnú "arómu" som naozaj nečakal.

Dorbý den Andereji, děkujeme za zpětnou vazbu. Jelikož jsme již zaznamenali, že některé děti mohou mít problém s chutí tohoto produktu, rozhodli jsme se novou šarži vyrobit s příchutí. Pro zjemnění chuti stábajícího produktu ho doporučuji přidat například do chuťově výraznějšího jídla, čímž se chuť řas částečně sníží, případně můžete kápnout na lžičku s olejem šťávu z citronu či pomeranče.

S olejom som spokojná, malému chutí :) Jedine dávkovač je nanič. Jedna dávka sú dve stlačenia, ale olej ide len po jednom stlačení a po druhom už nie. Takže som mu olej nalievala z otvorenej fľašky.

Dávkovač katastrof

Složení produktu fajn, ale proboha KDO vymyslel tento dávkovač?? Dříve kapátko super, tohle je naprostý děs (dle diskuse nejsem jediný). U předchozí objednávky stříkal aplikátor olej všude kolem a u té poslední nefunguje pro změnu vůbec. Pokud se to nezmění přecházíme ke konkurenci. Už takhle je složité dát malým dětem vitamíny a toto to moc neusnadňuje...

Děkujeme za zpětnou vazbu a moc nás mrzí potíže, který tento dávkovač způsobuje. O tomto problému samozřejmě víme a jeho řešení je naší prioritou. V tuto chvíli již testujeme některé typy nových dávkovačů a doufáme, že tento problém co nejdříve vyřešíme. Reklamace se snažíme vždy řešit k plné spokojenosti.

U všech našich produktů neustále pracujeme na vývoji, hledáme nová inovativní řešení a možnosti, jak dosahovat vyšších standardů kvality. Konkrétně dětská řada Kids prošla drobnou změnou v receptuře (obsahuje silnější antioxidační mix, který zvýšil účinnost a prodloužil stabilitu obsažené DHA) a výměnou původního kapátka za uzavřený systém dávkovače můžeme zamezit jakékoli kontaminaci z vnějšího prostředí (např. slinami nebo vzduchem) a navíc i poměrně častému vylití produktu během přepravy.

Na druhou stranu jsme ale díky zpětné vazbě vás zákazníků zaznamenali, že tento dávkovač nemusí uživatelsky vyhovovat každému. Bohužel u receptur na olejové bázi bez pomocných přísad není jednoduché najít dávkovač, který bude vyhovovat jak z hlediska ochrany oleje, tak z hlediska uživatelského komfortu.
