The sampling set information:

The purpose of the Vitamin D Level sampling set is to obtain a certain amount of blood, which serves as an input sample for the analysis (25-OH-vitamin D). This kit allows to collect a sample from the comfort of home using a mini-invasive method without the need to visit a collection center. The collection kit is for single use only.

Notice:

Keep the kit out of the reach of children. Small parts of the set can easily be swallowed, posing a choking hazard. Sharp elements can cause injury. Do not use the collection kit if it is incomplete, its components are damaged or non-sterile.
