Iron in fully chelated form

The fully chelated form of iron ensures high absorption, high bioavailability and perfect stability. The ferrous bisglycinate chelate is gentle on the stomach and on the gastrointestinal tract without side effects such as constipation or nausea. Iron in chelated form (Iron Bisglycinate)

Iron is key to the formation of hemoglobin, which carries oxygen in the blood, and supports overall energy levels, cognitive function and the immune system. The chelated form of iron is highly absorbable, stable and well tolerated, making it one of the best forms of dietary supplements. Bound to glycine amino acids, it does not oxidize in the stomach like other iron salts and does not compete with minerals such as calcium and zinc during absorption. Ferrous bysglycinate is ideal for people with iron deficiency or an increased need for this mineral.

Organic acacia fiber

Acacia fiber, also known as gum Arabic, is extracted from the sap of the acacia bush and represents a type of prebiotic soluble fiber. It also has technological properties and can be used in dietary supplements as a natural thickener and stabilizer. However, unlike chemical additives, it also has health benefits.

Užívám železo, protože jsem měla Ferritin 3,6. Beru 3ks ráno, raději 2h před snídaní. Po týdnu pociťuji více energie (hlavně poránu). Pevně věřím, že na testech za 2 měsíce budou hodnoty lepší. Složení Trime železa se vůbec nedá porovnat s tím, které mi předepsala lékařka. Trime železo jasně vítězí. Stolice je sice tužší, ale zácpa to určitě není. Myslím, že změna bude způsobena tím, že užívám zvýšenou dávku.

přípravek o kterém mi není zle, čekají mě kontrolní odběry tak zatím nevím jak účinkují, ale co se týče nežádoucích účinků tak nepozoruji žádné jako u běžných přípravků obsahující železo.

Po začatí užívania týchto tabliet (1x nalačno pred raňajkami a 1x večer tesne pred spaním) môžem ozaj potvrdiť môj lepší spánok: hoci idem spať neskoro a vstávam skoro, nezobúdzam sa "rozbitý", ale cítim sa aj napriek krátkemu spánku úplne v pohode.
