Key ingredients
Iodine
Sustainably grown Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed provides a natural source of iodine in the necessary dosage. Only a small portion of the seaweed is harvested at a time from documented areas, which are continuously monitored for composition and potential pollutants. Additionally, this seaweed is of organic quality, certified according to the Nutritious Food Seaweed Biodynamic Association standards.
B-complex, zinc, selenium and chromium
The eight B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, and biotin), along with the minerals zinc, selenium, and chromium, come from an all-natural source - sprouted buckwheat. The buckwheat is gently dried at a low temperature to preserve its maximum nutritional value. During germination, the buckwheat seeds absorb nutrients, which are then naturally incorporated into the sprouts. The resulting powder from these sprouts is a pure and natural source of vitamins and minerals.
Beta-carotene
The natural mixture of carotenoids in organic extra virgin olive oil, predominantly beta-carotene, is sourced from Dunaliella salina algae, which grow in the natural conditions of salty Australian lagoons. Beta-carotene, known as provitamin A, is an important precursor to vitamin A. In addition to beta-carotene, which constitutes up to 90% of the content, the mixture also contains other carotenoids, such as alpha-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, and cryptoxanthin, which naturally occur in the algae.
Methylated Folate (5-MTHF)
Folic acid is an extremely important prenatal nutrient that is also associated with cognitive performance in elderly, as well as with cardiovascular health. Folic acid needs to be first converted to the metabolically active 5-methyltetrahydrofolate before the organism can use it. Unfortunately not all people can metabolize folic acid due to specific genetic variations. By supplementing already activated form you don't have to worry about the metabolization process.F20 complex contains biologically active and tissue-ready form of the B-vitamin folic acid, structurally identical to natural, which can be immediately used by the body to support the reproductive stage, mood and brain health, as well as homocysteine metabolism.
Vitamin D3 from seaweed without any chemicals (not even during production)
Vitamin D is essential for our health. Our product contains a highly bioavailable form of vitamin D, cholecalciferol, derived from a purely plant source - non-GMO algae. The entire production process is under maximum quality and purity control, without the use of pesticides or other contaminants. You can read more about plant based vitamin D and its health effects in our blog article.
Vitamin K2 as a product of natural fermentation
Vitamin K2 in the form of MK-7 is the most bio-available, bio-active, and longest-lasting form of Vitamin K. Our product contains K2 MK-7 obtained through a patented fermentation process of chickpeas.
Plant based omega-3 rich in DHA and EPA
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentanoic acid (EPA) are derived from algae (Schizochytrium sp.) grown in a gentle closed culture that minimizes the risk of contamination with heavy metals and other contaminants. DHA represents a structural fatty acid found in the human brain, skin, and retina that is essential for normal nervous system development, brain function, and normal vision. Together, the two omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA contribute to the proper function of the heart and blood vessels, regulate inflammatory reactions in the body and contribute to overall health.
Choline
Adequate choline intake is crucial to ensuring optimal health. Choline is required to produce acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter important for transmitting nerve signals, memory, and cognitive function. Choline also supports the growth & development of the brain and nervous system of the fetus, and sufficient intake during pregnancy reduces the risk of birth defects. The L(+) bitartrate form of choline exhibits high bioavailability, is easily absorbed and ensures efficient delivery of this key substance to the cells.
